With a body scrub I was expecting the scrub to be longer than 30 seconds on each part of the body. Everyone there was great the atmosphere was great just wanted the actual scrub to be longer.
Body Exfoliation Treatments
When walking in, the music instantly relaxed me and created the atmosphere of a spa. The Massage and Facial was amazing and relaxing! Didn’t want to leave! Would definitely recommend!
However some reception staff were quite rude.
Other than that all was great!

We had the three hour thermal spa experience and a treatment each. the spa was clean with a relaxing atmosphere and was well equipped with a sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, ice fountain, shower and relaxation room. We were provided with robes, flip flops and a towel and had free water and teas. We spent approx 90 mins in the spa before our treatments and wouldn't have needed longer. The treatments were also excellent. It is really good value compared to other spas and the facilities are excellent.

I had a really nice time. The spa was spotless and the lady who did my treatment was lovely. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. You entered and left the thermal area through the quiet area which made it hard to fully relax there. However I will definitely go again.
Body Exfoliation Treatments
Unfortunately the sauna wasn’t on when we arrived so took a long time to warm up. The jacuzzi was also quite cold! Staff were apologetic when informed however and tried to make adjustments.
