The spa itself is good, and definitely value for money as it’s very much cheaper than most, if not all, west London spas. Treatment was nice, but not sure how effective it was- no difference in my skin. But pleasant none the less. The treatment rooms were very clean and nice- much better than I expected.
Classic Facials
I wouldn’t call this a spa. The facilities are extremely small. There is only one little jacuzzi (hydro pool) which was cold and fits 5 people max (there were more than 10 people at the same time as us). The relax room was very noisy, again very cold and the door needs oiling urgently as it made a horrible noise. The temperature was very cold in every area including the spa room and the changing rooms. The sauna and steam room were ok.
