It’s a good spa for that price. I had a pleasant Sunday and it wasn’t crowded at all so I really enjoyed it.

The experience was good. However, I would appreciate to have proper lockers with a code (no need to have our own or use a coin and use the swimming pool changing room). Also the showers in the spa changing rooms are not working

The whirlpool/jacuzzi could always be hotter. Last time I went it was barely warm. Also, the red light therapy room was out of commission so I hope that it’s fixed now.

It was quiet when I first started my session. The facilities were clean without any strong cleaning detergent smell, which I dislike very much. There was fresh drinking water to keep you hydrated. There's a clear instruction by the jacuzzi but not for the sauna or the steam room. An hour into my session, other customers showed up and it became quite loud.
Overall, I had a wonderful experience and will go back again.

The venue is sleek and spacious ~ very professional hard working staff all round which all makes up for this beautiful spa
