The shower in changing room is out of order, the shower in the sauna was not working. You were expected to go to the ground floor for a shower which is not acceptable considering you are wearing swim wear. Very disappointing.

Loved my hydro glow facial at Kensington. I didn’t know what to except as a new to me but was very pleased with professional treatment by therapist Lee, and results of facial was better than I thought it would be. I can’t wait for my next session here.

It was a good and healing experience. Although thete was no light in the showers and it was uncomfortable as you could not see which botton to press and were surprised with hot or cold water. Other than that it was a pleasant experience

During my visit, the shower inside the spa was completely out of order. As a result, there was no opportunity to fully enjoy the spa facilities, as there was no way to cool down between using the sauna and steam room, nor to rinse off beforehand. Without access to water, it was impossible to wash away sweat or feel refreshed, which significantly affected the overall experience.
To be honest, this issue should have been clearly communicated in one of the prior emails sent before the visit.
