Booked for my husband - all the men’s showers were out of service on the day so he couldn’t even have a shower afterwards which was a huge inconvenience. Spa was also very busy and jacuzzi was cold

I had a wonderful experience at Kensington Spa. The facilities are excellent—clean, calming, and very well maintained, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere from start to finish.My therapist, Rebecca, was outstanding. She is attentive, highly knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain every step of the treatment, which made me feel completely at ease and well cared for. purchased two spa experiences but was not informed key facilities were unavailable. Showers were closed, jacuzzi not working, and rainforest shower had no lighting. We left shortly after. This was unacceptable. Please issue a full refund.
