The facial was 50 minutes long. 10 minutes of that was a very slowly written questionnaire. 5 minutes of that was leaving the room while I took my top off. And another 5 minutes when the therapist took a phone call in the middle of the facial (after the phone rang several times). So overall the actually facial was not very long.

Liliana was absolutely lovely and very kind. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to complete my treatment because the service was specific to the CND Shellac brand. They didn’t have the proper equipment to remove the shellac I already had, as it required the surface to be scratched before removal. I’m not a professional, so I wasn’t aware that CND Shellac removal might differ from other brands. It’s such a shame, as the salon is beautiful and very clean, but their removal process feels quite outdated.
