Great experience overall. There was no one at the spa reception when I arrived but then I found someone who told me to feel free to go to the sauna so it was all good. They give you a bag when you sign in he leisure centre with a towel and a passcode to get into to sauna area so just fyi! Personally I love a good cold plunge which is missing there but there is a big bucket of ice which you can scrub around your body so that was nice!

Good pedicure apart from towards the end when she cut my toe which resulted it pain and quite a lot of bleeding. It’s still sensitive and not fully healed now. The staff member was lovely tho. The experience up until then was fine.

Very disappointing experience at the Kensington Leisure Centre thermal spa. No staff to check me in, had to go to reception twice. Was given a tiny towel, no proper facilities. Sauna only 40°C, steam room and infrared sauna out of order, no water available. Chairs were dirty and smelly. Poorly managed, unhygienic, and not worth the money. Would not recommend until major improvements are made.
