Basic spa but good value. Only down fall was on of the saunas was off.

It was a bit tricky to know how to access the Spa without going out to enquire at reception after changing, as some doors seemed locked. Overall best spa experience in London for me, will definitely come again!

The shower in changing room is out of order, the shower in the sauna was not working. You were expected to go to the ground floor for a shower which is not acceptable considering you are wearing swim wear. Very disappointing.

Loved my hydro glow facial at Kensington. I didn’t know what to except as a new to me but was very pleased with professional treatment by therapist Lee, and results of facial was better than I thought it would be. I can’t wait for my next session here.
