During my visit, the shower inside the spa was completely out of order. As a result, there was no opportunity to fully enjoy the spa facilities, as there was no way to cool down between using the sauna and steam room, nor to rinse off beforehand. Without access to water, it was impossible to wash away sweat or feel refreshed, which significantly affected the overall experience.
To be honest, this issue should have been clearly communicated in one of the prior emails sent before the visit.

Treatment with Nataly was great, thanks. The problems were with the spa where hydro pool bubbling function was broken and having to go downstairs to shower because the women's showers were being repaired.
