I was late on 15 minutes so they gave me totally different treatment that was originally planned. Even though I called them in advance and asked if it could be reschedule because I stuck in the traffic.. The treatment cost £60 and I didnt get even half of it... I believe it is totally unfair, they at least could suggest some % of refund, as I was there 1st time... The massage they gave me was very simple, not even close to what described online.

Therapeutic Massage
We booked a 10am - 1pm time slot on Sunday. The staff member said it would be busy when we arrived. Therefore I was a bit skeptical at first but it was not as busy as I imagined and it definitely exceeded my expectations!
Highlight of the experience was the sauna room, it was just heavenly, especially the aromas!
Overall, everything was so clean, even the changing rooms were continuously checked and cleaned and we had a fab time! Thanks Treatwell for the bargain discount!
