Visited on a Monday afternoon for a solo birthday treat.
The evening before, I booked the "Spa Experience at Kensington Leisure Centre" deal. I only paid £10 for a 3 hour spa day!
Upon arrival they couldn't find my booking, however it wasn't an issue as I had email confirmation. The receptionist was very welcoming and showed me where I could find everything, including the lockers then wished me a lovely stay.
All staff that I encountered were very friendly :) The spa is quite spacious, there were around 5 other people using the facilities whilst I was there, however it didn't feel too crowded and was very quiet.
The facilities include: sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, ice fountain, monsoon shower, relaxation room and a lounging area to rest in. Water is also provided.
I stayed for just over an hour and left feeling very refreshed. Overall I am very satisfied with the experience that I had. I recommend this spa and will definitely be back again :)

It was such a relaxing experience the treatments were extremely high quality. The spa area was fit for purpose too, perhaps a little too spacious but maybe it was just a quiet afternoon!
