We really enjoyed our visit at Spa Experience, the staff were friendly and we were only waiting a couple minutes before we were seen to. I would highly recommend this spa, it was clean and the massage was worth while. I enjoyed the different types of oils used and was extremely comfortable. I would recommend Alisha who completed my pregnancy massage. She made sure I was at ease and asked what body areas in particular to work on.
I didn't use the spa facilities as it was just the massage I was booked in for.

I have been here 4 times now. The experience has been amazing up which is why I kept bringing friends and family back until this time. The receptionist was not welcoming, a little abrasive on the phone when she called to let me know my time slot was unavailable, upon arrival she was robotic and non-chalant. The therapist was gentle, but not as passionate about massage therapy as the previous therapists I have had there.

a lot to improve, small facility, too many people ...waiting to use jacuzzi. body scrum was supposed to be 25 min and was less than 10 min, also the other treatments less time. I had booked facethe treatment in the end and the girl said no i have another shcedule we are busy so u do all now and after the body and face treatment i had to go to water and take it off. pff not happy overall.
