The sauna and steam facilities were pleasant and the changing area was clean. The jacuzzi was pretty cold though. I arrived 10 minutes late for my session which was a joint session with my friend. Whilst my friend got her treatment as she arrived on time I was not allowed to have the remaining 15 minutes of my treatment and that there was nothing the staff could do about it. I told I could use the facilities early but my friend had put the locker key behind reception for me and when I asked for it the receptionist didn’t recall but didn’t even look.
I then waited in the reception area for my friend to finish her treatment which was meant to last a further 15 mins to the time I arrived. She wasn’t finished for 25 minutes, which is the length of what could of been my treatment. There was only one lady in the treatments after our slot yet whilst I was in reception I saw 4 other therapists eating cake and packing up for the day so still surprised at how there was nothing they could do. Pretty annoying especially when the trip was a present

Waxing overall was ok but I came home found out here is a 2cm bruise on my pubic area!!!! It’s very obvious and the lady who served me most saw it but didn’t say anything! I will never come back here!
