I don't really want to say, lest everyone rush to go here and busy it up, but it was really lovely. It does have an air of leisure centre spa, rather than specially set up spa, but I think this is due to having to walk past reception in your robe to get to the treatment rooms etc. Still, the plinky plonky music; the selection of teas; the swapping between sauna; steam; jacuzzi and ice bucket was great. The staff were all softly spoken, and super friendly. Sometimes they would seemingly appear from no where in your moment of need! Cucumber and watermelon feature highly on my list of dislikes, so we requested plain water and this was swiftly provided by way of a separate jug. Fab!
The only thing I would say is that it could be cleaner in the changing rooms. The wall of the cubical I went in had blood on it(!) and the shower I used had a web of hair someone had stuck to the wall. Both rather grim.
Everything else was grand!
