I go to Spa Experience regularly for my waxing, really good professional service, and great price if you get the off peak times. Highly recommend.

It was amazing! I arrived just on time but had to fill out a form so the massage was cut a little short. Felt great afterwards either way!

The package was overall good, not necessarily great but good enough. The facial treatment itself was absolutely brilliant, the treatment rooms are huge and very relaxing. I struggled a bit with the fact that the thermal spa and treatment rooms are not connected so you have to walk through the leisure centre hallway which takes away from the relaxation.
There was also a slight miscommunication relating to treatment itself, my friend and I were brought into the treatment room which was a double room. The therapists went through the treatment, and started describing a back massage, which I assumed was part of the facials as they had called us by name. We got into the bed and were then told by the therapists that there had been a misunderstanding and we were in the wrong room and thus needed to move. This in itself is not a problem, accidents happen and we were happy to move. I did feel a little like I was blamed for it though, as the therapist said something along the lines of "did you not think when we were going through the treatment that this wasn't what you booked" and that "you should've said something". It wasn't a big deal at all and they were very apologetic overall; nothing was said rudely or maliciously, it just felt a little unnecessary given that the misunderstanding was not our fault. Again, in hindsight it was not a big deal and everyone was very apologetic, it was just a little bit of a tainting factor.

The stuff is amazing really and everything is clean. Super nice rooms. The Hollywood waxing was not that precise, I hate hair body and found out that you still have after the waxing, it doesn’t make you happy. Next time I will check before and tell to the the lady :) but overall I like it! I will be back!
