Before I had even got there at the phone call from a rather rude receptionist demanding payment I explained to her that I was five minutes away I would pay when I got there
upon arrival she was very cold and not very friendly at all . This spoilt things at the start because of her attitude justapoke of us like we were children
Inside the steam sauna Things got much better as it was much nicer quote for treatment I lovely lady who was actually nice and the massage was okay it was not the best I’ve had it would’ve been nice to been told when I was moving from one treatment to another as I had a massage followed by the head in the clouds had treatment. Afterwards I had to have a shower as I had a treatment mask in my hair the showers were awful had to keep pushing the button to get the water to keep running and we’re not exactly hygienic. Upon leaving I left my gown by reception however I was not told about the towel and again later had a bit of attitude and I refused to get the towels fromthe change rooms because it was not not not clear here to leave overall without the rude receptionist things would’ve been a lot better she needs customer service training
Second time for deep tissue massage at this spa, different therapist but same high quality experience. They were very nice and knew what they were doing. Also the heated massage bed is amazing :)
