Relaxing Massage
The spa is in Kensington Leisure Centre so it's quite busy on a weekend. If you're looking for more of a quiet, secluded spa, then you may not enjoy it as much. We didn't mind, and once you pass the leisure centre, the spa is upstairs so not too crowded.
First impressions were not great, the reception staff were quite dismissive and unfriendly. Felt as if we were a bother to them, even though this was our first time there, and we had questions etc. Found them to be quite snappy with their responses, and they seem a bit unorganised. Also weren't told about the process for treatments- came out at our treatment time to be told rudely that "your therapist will come and get you." As if we were meant to know that already.
The spa was intimate and smaller than we expected (no pool, a small jacuzzi, steam room and sauna.) The pool was part of the leisure centre which was in another part of the building.
The best part of the day was the treatments. Contrary to the staff members we'd spoken to previously, they were so lovely and friendly. There was one lady in particular who gave us advice on skin care regimes etc, which was a nice extra touch.

I had to wait for good 3 hours to be served because by some reason my booking didn't go through their system. Also I wish the spa facilities were bigger, and the massage wasn't professional enough. I am pleased overall, but I wouldn't come back

Don’t go in expecting five star treatment. However, I had an amazing massage for the price paid. Will definitely book again.
