The girl kept giggling throughout my treatment which wasnt great. She could of been a bit firmer too, she did not ask about the pressure. My mums experience was good. The facilities were excellent!

Really relaxing and great value for money. It got a lot busier in the afternoon vs the morning. Lovely ambiance and good facilities. Only improvements I'd say would be that the hottub only fits a few people comfortably so it did get quite crowded at one point, and the changing room/showers were very dated - showers you had to keep pressing to stay on and the water was luke-warm, felt a bit like a school gym. Other than that we really enjoyed our time there and would go again.
