The facilities are great, staff are very friendly and one of the best massages I've had all year. Great value too, will be back!
Therapeutic Massage
Really enjoyed my treatment and time in the centre. The head in the clouds treatment was 25 mins of bliss they even rescheduled me when I arrived late. Leave plenty of time to get to the centre from the tube as although it isn't far in a straight line you have to take a long route due to the work being carried out on Grenfell tower.
One thing that was unacceptable though is that people were using mobile phones (including calls) in the relaxation room. It really ruins the atmosphere and the staff who saw it didn't mention anything.

I was surprised at how lush the spa area was for a leisure centre. The staff were very friendly on arrival. My masseuse had cold hands though, and these didn't really warm up through my massage. I really liked the quiet area and would go back though.

A hidden gem in the Shepherd's Bush area. My therapist Vanessa was lovely and great value. Definitely would go back.
