The change and shower area was quite dirty and the smell in the shower area was disgusting. I only used the whirlpool and relaxing area. The whirlpool was dirty but the relaxing area was nice. It has a nice ambient. The only thing that bothered me was that there was a guy speaking on phone and the staff didn't say anything. It was very annoying . Apart from this the staff was very friendly and checking that we have everything we need. I think I wouldn't go there again. I could have been there for 3 hours but left after 1.5 as the spa is very small and I got bored very fast
Face peel was very good, skin feels really. nice and supple. Lorraine was very sweet! Recommended!
The waxing could've been better. Still a few hairs here and there on my legs and underarms. Usually my waxer would go over them with twezers to make sure everything is gone. Oh well.

The Spa facilities were very basic - it's part of a leisure centre and it doesn't feel very luxurious. The massage itself was good.
