Had a great time at the spa. All areas were clean and well maintained.
My pumice scrub was nice but I felt it was a bit rushed, the pedicure was great.

Was very impressed with the professionalism of the staff, the care and consideration of the staff at reception as well as the therapist took care of me. The cleanliness and the showers were incredible - just loved the cold mist/carribean storm/tropical shower experience. Jacuzzi was very special too.

This is not the Spa Experience branch I normally use. I normally go to the Swiss cottage one. I don't think the Kensington venue was as good. I wasn't offered disposable underwear and had to ask for a hair cap. The FakeBake tan which usually lasts really long faded after just 4 days. Despite both Spas using the same brand the result was very different from my usual branch. Swiss Cottage see you soon!
