At the end of a long busy day, the massage I received was spot on. Eleanor was not only an extremely competent masseuse but was also charming and made me feel relaxed and welcome. Will definitely return.

I had a stressful week my massage was splendid just what I needed to bring me back down to earth. I will be coming back in a few weeks time, to do it all over again!

Was so pleasantly surprised by how clean the facilities were. The staff were so lovely, and very professional. The thermal spa is wonderful, mood lighting, essential oils in the steam room, sauna is fantastic. Can't recommend enough, and will definitely be back.
Staff were friendly. Spa was great (I trI'd the sauna,steam room, mobsoon showers and jacuzzi) as was the massage (I was given the choice of how much pressure I wanted) and the facial. The one let down was I noticed some lipstick marks on my towel so I've given cleanliness a lower score. It was also a bit pricey so I wouldn't go all the time at this price but it's good as a treat.

The change and shower area was quite dirty and the smell in the shower area was disgusting. I only used the whirlpool and relaxing area. The whirlpool was dirty but the relaxing area was nice. It has a nice ambient. The only thing that bothered me was that there was a guy speaking on phone and the staff didn't say anything. It was very annoying . Apart from this the staff was very friendly and checking that we have everything we need. I think I wouldn't go there again. I could have been there for 3 hours but left after 1.5 as the spa is very small and I got bored very fast
