It was a busy Sunday but apart from that the staff and the facilities were great. The showers unfortunately were a bit dirty and there was water all over the place. Great value for money anyway!
The facilities are great, staff are very friendly and one of the best massages I've had all year. Great value too, will be back!
Therapeutic Massage
Really enjoyed my treatment and time in the centre. The head in the clouds treatment was 25 mins of bliss they even rescheduled me when I arrived late. Leave plenty of time to get to the centre from the tube as although it isn't far in a straight line you have to take a long route due to the work being carried out on Grenfell tower.
One thing that was unacceptable though is that people were using mobile phones (including calls) in the relaxation room. It really ruins the atmosphere and the staff who saw it didn't mention anything.
