Didn't really seem like the beautician knew what she was doing. They called 2 hours earlier to move my appointment from the time I had booked, without explanation.

A really lovely afternoon.
Good value for money and lovely staff.

Staff not very accommodating and not bothered about time.
room I had spray tan in wasn't very private overlooking a housing estate.
Wasn't much personal care.
spray tan was very patchy especially on legs
Spray Tanning and Sunless Tanning
had a pedicure yesterday and was told it would last 50-60 minutes. At 84 minutes I had to leave as my parking money was about to run out, hence the varnish was still wet and therefor smudged. I noticed a stinging sensation while there and when I got home I had to remove the smudged varnish. All the nails are cut unevenly but worst of all I have had a V cut into a nail and you can see a bruise / blood behind the nail.My feet look worse than when I went in Phoned to complain and was advised manager would call me back...........................................still waiting. No answer on the phone this morning. Wish I could post a photo on here
