A bit dissapointing this time Steam room was not working (no lights and not hot at all), sauna was not very hot either. The tea in dry relaxing room was vey cold. Despite all downsodes, the girl on the reception spot on, great customer service.

Treat well . I haven’t used the treatment or can’t judge or give an opinion, the reviews are solely for the treatments so I can’t comment on that however website and online booking can be misleading. Spa experience has had a little facelift on the outside looks very plush and inviting. Staff on reception lovely as always. Great to have a towel part of the package, was not too busy for a Sunday and drinks were constantly topped up.

This was my second facial with Afonso at The Spa Experience in Kensington Leisure Centre, and I’ll definitely be coming back! The entire experience was incredibly calming, and I left with my skin feeling absolutely amazing. I highly recommend this place!
