Alfonso is amazing for the ones who prefer a real deep tissue massage! Staff are also lovely. The showers had freezing cold water though

I went with my partner to Kensington for a steam & sauna while she went for a massage. I was very disappointed to find that there was no area my partner could use to wait for me once she finished her massage. The spa area has a dry zone with seats, music, tea & coffee. Why not allow clients who have a 45 minute massage wait in that area rather than make them wait downstairs in a cafe overrun with screaming children? Just a thought.
