Really enjoyed the massage. The therapist was friendly and really worked on my trouble spots. The only slightly down side is that there is a creche next door and you can hear the children. Detracts slightly from the enjoyment.
Swedish Massage
I'm writing on behalf of my wife who I went with for her nails to be done. She was most impressed with the service and end results. Since then her sister has been on multiple occasions as was so impressed.
Manicure
I purchased an offer alleging a 44% discount, on arrival, having discovered the true "normal" prices, I saw that the Thalgo Re-Balancing facial I was offered represented less than a 25% discount overall, so I felt pretty cheated. Also, the treatment time was cut short to only 45 minutes.
Gripes aside, the venue is set within a community sports centre, but once inside, the ambience is nice and relaxing and you don't really remember you're not in a proper beauty salon. That said, there was no where to put my coat/clothes in the treatment room - I had to leave them on the floor.
The facial itself felt ok (one part is pretty smelly, but you are pre-warned) and the therapist was really nice. However, I was left with a lot of what looked like whiteheads afterwards, which I'm guessing appeared due to my pores being open. Perhaps a sign the facial was doing what it should, but it looked pretty unsightly and I had to go to the looks afterwards to extract these myself.
All in all, it wasn't my best experience and I probably wouldn't go back.
Classic Facials
Massage was as expected - it removed most of my knots. Therapist was helpful and applied the right pressure.
Left feeling rejuvenated.

The experience was good but I thought the experience could have been better. Making an appointment was difficult - the times kept changing and on my first visit the appointment time had changed and the centre hadn't let me know but the second visit was ok.
