Ambiance is very nice. Staff is very kind and helpful. It's very clean comparing to the other salons I've been before. I can say that, finally, i found the best place for me to have this kind of treatment. I've already recommended it to my friends.
The Swiss Cottage Spa London is a very good value professional spa that really is worth going too. The spa is clean and the staf are friendly and professional. I'd recommend this spa to anyone.
Classic Facials
Not the nicest facilities and a bit slow to serve as clearly understaffed but the therapist Sophie was very nice and friendly and after asking a couple of questions went on to give me an excellent massage.
I was really happy and will definitely go back there again.
Facilities are pretty sparse and admin. seems poor but don't let that put you off if what you are after is some excellent after-work relaxation.
The therapist was friendly and knowledgeable. She was punctional and explained the treatment fully. She checked the level of pressure I would like and put on peaceful music. I was given a good amount of time to get dressed when finished. I really enjoyed it and will be going back for more.
Swedish Massage
I use the gym in which this spa is located and repeatedly return for treatments. Not only are the staff friendly and professional but the treatments are done well and are very good value
