I had an absolutely fantastic massage that left me feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. The atmosphere of the room was serene and calming—perfect lighting, soothing music, and a sense of peace that set the tone beautifully. The massage itself was exceptional. The spa itself is upstairs in the leisure centre but separate enough to feel calm. The waiting area is quite small but I was greeted straight away and taken into the treatment room which was well laid out and super relaxing. Sophia was lovely and made me feel really at ease, and the massage itself was good.
