Really great therapist (Shauna) however the rating has been let down by the lack of equipment and appointment allocations provided for the therapists. My gel soak off would have gone a lot quicker if the therapist had the equipment needed for the job.
However it hasn’t put me off, they seem well enough equipped for spa treatments so I’ve booked in for a massage & facial for a later date...very much looking forward to that!
