Booked treatments for my friend's birthday. She thoroughly enjoyed her massage. All facilities were clean, but the facilities in the thermal room were a bit on the small side.

Great facial. Therapist was friendly, polite and professional. Very clean and relaxing environment. The only criticism is for the background music. Same as last time- really bad fake versions of 'classical' music. I think that either using real classical music or more generic especially-composed relaxing music would be far better!
