I was really looking forward to this massage but was incredibly disappointed with the experience. I was left in the Relaxation Room on arrival, my therapist was 10 mins late so I didn’t get my full 50 mins, she had her phone on her through the whole treatment and kept placing this on the massage bed so the vibrations for the constant texts were far from relaxing, plus the room hadn’t been properly cleaned from a previous salt scrub so I was covered in grit. Completely disappointed.
