Lovely little spa, very relaxing atmosphere. Treatments are very good, the lady was quite rough but it was kinda nice! I would recommend this Spa.

Really enjoyed the experience overall. A few minor issues. I arrived at 9:50am for my booked experience at 10:00am. I was told to check in at the spa reception which was locked. The receptionist was sat in the reception area with the lights off ignoring my struggle to open the door. She unlocked at 10:00am promtly and then instead of greeting us shouted down to another colleague on the other side of the hall way. I felt the check in experience could have veheck in. We received our bags with
