Steam room, sauna, jacuzzi and pool access are really good, the actual treatments are fantastic and really good value for money. I didn’t get the name of the lady who did mine but she was very good. One thing I would suggest is that the reception staff go through things as nothing was explained. Also their website quite difficult to use but glad of that as it was £45 cheaper per person through treatwell. Will go back again!

As a paid online, I was extremely disappointed when I realized the poor range of color. I felt a little bit trapped. I paid for a manicure but what I actually had was barely shape and polish: my heart start bleeding when I realized that she put the nail polish color just after buffering whiteout smoothing the nails or applying any base coat! First time I have ever saw that in a professional salon. The result was not clean.
However the staff was nice but I won't come back.

I simply love visiting this spa. The relaxation area is fantastic, I even fell asleep briefly at the end of my visit. Perfect refreshement provided along with super-comfortable beds to lie on. The jacuzzi was bubbling away constantly and the steam room was really hot - just as it should be. The drench showers really refreshed between facilities. This spa is always really clean and the staff are warm and freindly. Excellent value for money - will be returning again very soon!
