A wonderful pampering pedicure treatment and the calming ambience of the relaxation lounge was a new experience I will certainly repeat regularly.
Had a brilliant deep tissue massage with Khadija, felt much better by the end of the treatment.

I received 60 min of massage when I paid for 75 min and when I made the comment at reception, I was told the message will be passed on to the therapist, no offers to compensate or apologies made. I had to meet friend anyway so I decided to let it go. But the first thought should have been, 'how can I make this a better experience for you?' or 'Is there anything else we can do instead?' would have been a better way forward. Otherwise, staff polite, facilities were pristine and would go back to it again in the future.
Friendly staff & good wax. Very good value for money if you get a last minute booking!
