Very efficient staff and polite. Treatment was really great. Therapist checked in with me at all times about how I was feeling to ensure the pressure was appropriate.
This is a review of two halves:
I have never had such a poor gel manicure - the gel was applied so thick and unevenly that it touched my cuticles and skin. My nails weren’t even filed evenly. They were so awful that I could not be seen out in public with them.
On the positive side, I called the Spa as soon as I got home and they immediately apologised and booked me in to have them redone the next day by another therapist.
The result could not have been more different - I had the best gel manicure that I’ve ever had with Renee and on that basis I will be definitely be back. Thank you Renee.
