Great quality, calm, relaxing spa. I appreciated the relaxation space, with dimmed lights, free fruit, and ambient music. This put me in the right mood for the spa, jacuzzi and steam room. Spacious facilitie. Highly recommended.
My Hollywood waxing experience was painful and Renee didn't make any effort to make me feel more comfortable. In fact, she looked like she didn't want to be there doing her job. Wouldn't recommend and wouldn't go back!
