All reviews are genuine feedback from verified customers, so you know exactly what to expect at each and every venue.Lovely place, really clean and with a beautiful design. All you need is there: sauna, steam, relaxation room, water jets bathtub.
Three things they need to work on, in my opinion:
- staff should be more present in the spa area, and keep control of the wild guests talking loudly.
- they should change the water and tea station and move it outside the relaxation room. it’s so annoying when you are there trying to take a nap or read and all you hear is cups and side plates clanging or kettles going off.
- boiler check every day as the water jets bathtub was cold
We will come back as it was really nice.

The venue was okay. The staff were okay. In general it was a pleasant experience.
Had some issues with noise and disruption which didnt make for a relaxing time.
Good spa experience, good to go in the morning session as less busy just love the relaxation area afterwards.
