It’s a brand new building and so clean. The spa is like a separate part with a very relaxed vibe. Always smells great. Staff are friendly and helpful. I’ve had about 4 treatments here and all have been great. Good value for a facial I always leave feeling a million dollars.
The facilities are here are really nice. Unfortunately my beautician was very inexperienced and cut my toe in the process. Also her opening question to me was “do you have children?” I found this a little insensitive. The pedicure itself didn’t involve any dry skin scrubbing or massaging of the feet, it was just a minimal scrub and wash - although she managed to make it last a while which was also frustrating. I would definitely never go back here.
