I had the head in the clouds ritual and it was a massive let down. The first 10 mins was a neck and shoulder massage (was great) but the rest of the treatment was really crap. 15 mins on a weak (couldn’t feel a thing) head massage that just felt awkward and no face massage as the treatment states (and actually the reason for choosing this one). It’s so annoying as the venue is great but sadly the treatments here are terrible and not as advertised. Really happy this was a treatwell discount as not worth the money.
It’s designed nice & it’s new. It’s not glamorous nor is it basic. I think the ambience is pretty good apart from the fact that you have to leave the relaxing room, go down a flight of fire escape stairs to get to the steam & sauna. Ruins the experience a bit. My massage was ok but I felt it finished slightly earlier than it should’ve. If you live locally, it’s a decent option.
