Lovely place - but the relaxation room is on a separate floor to the rest of the spa. There is also only one sauna and one steam room - both rather small - so it is nothing like the other Spa Experience venues - which explains why it is cheaper!
Great facial, Armani was great and she knew what she was doing. Highly recommend the Elemis superfood facial!!

Lovely health centre with a cafe, gym etc. My pedicure was very well done by a very friendly girl in a cosy private room. however the polish was ruined when I put my shoes on even after I gave them 1 hour 30min to dry. My gel nail manicure was not a manicure at all, the manicure area is right in the middle of the hallway next to reception so the reception girls kept coming over to interrupt the manicurist, who started off my shaping and buffing my nails and went straight to putting the gel polish with the nail dust still on, and without working on my cuticles or moisturising my hands first.”, after the nails were done she put on a bit of oil for my cuticles but they clearly needed some more work. I would have liked a proper manicure instead of a file and polish service. Additionally the way she put the gel polish was very lopsided and uneven, didn’t have the heart to gel her as she was otherwise very friendly. I think as a result of her putting the polish unevenly it has already begun to chip after 1 day. Other than that I loved the relaxation room they ask you to wait in after the service, great place to relax with a hydration centre and some fruits.
