We had a lovely time but the facilities are rather basic not really luxury. It is well worth the deal price though with lovely staff and the relaxation room as the highlight.
Booked the spa 2 for 1 thermal experience for myself and partner. The venue was very clean and not overly crowded, with plenty of space in both Shaun and steam rooms. The staff were also very friendly and answered all our questions. Only slight disappointment was the pool for me; the spa itself doesn’t have a spa only pool, rather it is a typical swimming pool attached to the side in which the general public can enter. At our visit this was being used by children and so myself and partner felt we were unable to really use it as much as we had liked. Having said this we both had a brilliant time and will definitely be back in future!
I was amazed by how nice the rooms and ambience where as I was a bit skeptical with it being within a gym but it was so relaxing. The body scrub was amazing almost as good as the massage and left me feeling so soft and clean. I felt like a new woman after the day was out and I can’t believe the deals I got!
