All reviews are genuine feedback from verified customers, so you know exactly what to expect at each and every venue.Went with my friend so was nice to catch up but felt that we shouldn't talk as may have ruined everyone else's tranquillity time as they were all single. Maybe do group sessions in future? Also drinks facilities need to be extended to 'normal' tea and coffee as herbal teas are not to everyone's taste. Slight moans over but overall a very enjoyable time to relax. Would definitely visit again.
Great ambience. Huge car park & you could get the free pass from the centre. So completely hassle free experience
The thermal area was very noisy with people shouting and the relaxation lounge was not kept clean and tidy.
The therapist was lovely, massage, scrub and facial was nice.
Lovely relaxation room and free teas. Staff on reception could be warmer to clients.
