Very convenient location, clean and pleasant facilities, and friendly professional staff. Lost some treatment time as it is not made clear that you can bypass the (usually) queue of people for the gym/leisure centre if you are visiting the spa, so I would recommend to the facilities that this is signpost more clearly, however the spa staff were helpful in getting my treatment started asap once I arrived. The hot stone massage was handles excellently, appropriate pressure, and adjusted to my preference.
Relaxing experience, the spa is new and v comfortable. The hydrotherapy could be a bit bigger but the steam room and sauna are nice.
Not at all unpleasant but worth recognising that this is a chain spa attached to a leisure centre.
