Customer services could have been better. As a visitor to the venue I felt very little effort was being made by frontline staff in showing you where to go and how to find facilities. I had to ask a cleaner fir help.
Also the pillow cases in the quite room smelt of sweaty and unclean.
Spa sauna/steam and shower was lovely.
Changing rooms and relaxation area were very nice and welcoming. The sauna and steam rooms were nice. The hydro pool could do with being a bit more powerful and there should be a clock in that area. Facial was average, 25 minute massage was just focused on my back and was expecting lower body, it was too hard for me.
