Great experience, my therapist Linda was wonderful, I managed to relax and I also got a head massage which was great, the therapist made me feel very comfortable and I love my skin afterwards!!
had a really lovely time in the spa, the relaxation room was so relaxing and the therapist that did my exfoliating glow scrub was very nice. I felt so relaxed when I left. thank you!
Booking was very easy - I was contacted by the spa within a couple of hours of making the treatwell booking. Spa is in a good location, and car parking vouchers are available on request. The staff are friendly (note: aim to arrive before your appointment time as you may experience some delay due to queuing both at the building reception and spa reception itself). The spa facilities are good quality: towel, robe and slippers are provided; clean changing rooms and secure lockers; spa area were well kept and not too busy for use (my booking was on a weekday morning), and the relaxation rooms were a lovely calm environment to use between treatments. The treatments (facial, body pumice, back massage) were great - Linda was skilled and I found the experience very relaxing/soothing, so I would certainly book again.
I had a manicure and pedicure, overall ok although the manicure os a dry one without cuticle work, wish that was in the description, other than this therapist was ok, Although a bit distracted
