I wouldn't recommend this facility. I was very surprised by the difference between the reviews and the actual experience. I put 2 stars because the staff was nice and the place clean but that's about it. The Spa is inside a better sport complex. It seems that the changing room and the sauna, steam rooms etc are also accessible to the people who didn't book any spa treatment. So when you expect quietness and relaxation it doesn't help. As well it's good to note that both sauna and steam room are very small and get full easily and that you have to walk a long way in "non spa" looking area to access it. You end up at the massive pool level and can hear all the activity from the pool when you are looking to relax. As well it seems that people using the pool cool share the facilities too. Not exactly what I was expecting... I had booked a package for 2 people (so quite a lot of money) including 1 sultane de Saba scrub (traditional Moroccan black soap scrub) and 2 massages each. Massages were alright for me. My partner still complains about his back aching after too much pressure despite him asking to soften it. In addition the scrub was really disappointing. If you are familiar with this type of treatment you'd be very surprised: There was no proper scrubbing, no recommendation to go in the steam room before to open the pores but only a cold treatment room where you had to lay on a plastic that became really sticky after you'd done one side of the body. The shower afterwards was blocked and slippery (I almost fell and could have harm myself). In short, not a good experience at all and I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there for treatment nor relaxation.

Lovely venue and beautiful treatment rooms. A therapist that listenened and didn't overdo the pressure. And a really great rate too!
