Anticipated to be able to have more taken off for a high bikini wax as have had laser hair removal so have minimal to take off anyway. I thought the employee might reduce the cost to a normal bikini wax cost on seeing how little there was (took less than 5 minutes) - little consideration for value exchange and wasn't the best wax.
Convenient to squeeze in an apt but probably not worth it in the end sadly!

I had the Elemis bio-tec blemish control facial and was really impressed by how much the 50min included, including cleansing, deep exfoliation using specialised equipment, a mask and quality creams. The staff were great and friendly and the spa has a lovely relaxing environment
