Had my eyebrows waxed when I got home I noticed they were uneven, phoned customer service really not helpful to get me back in that day, had to fight my corner to get another appointment that day won’t be using them again

Lovely massage. Enjoyed the spa and pool area - particularly the salt steam room. One slight issue the shower in the changing room had someone's hair on the pipes. Otherwise the changing room area was clean and pleasant. Enjoyed the relaxation room before I had my treatment.
