The waiting room was lovely and the staff were friendly. The towel provided was small but when I asked for an extra one for my hair it was provided at no extra cost. The changing rooms and showers were good and I liked the provision of body lotion. The pool was lovely and warm and all the features were working well. However when I used the poolside showers it was clear some maintenance was overdue as the extractor fan blades were filthy and paint was peeling off the ceiling.
