Staff were lovely. And I think £10 for 3 hours to have a swim and relax was reasonable. The ambience is more "leisure centre" than "spa". The pool is very small, so just for a little leisure splash, not able to do laps properly. I am sure when new the facilities looked lovely, but now some things need maintenance and more cleaning. Broken tiles and leak near the swimming costume dryer. Lots of limescale around shower area etc. Broken tap in one of the steam rooms. I would book a treatment based on the fact the staff seemed lovely, but won't probably use facilities again.
