Lovely venue, can’t complain for the price! Would have been nice if there were a few more chairs and the pool water was a little warmer, but everything else was lovely!
Steam and Sauna Therapy
Second time I've been here and again had a great massage from a lovely therapist. But probably won't be coming back as on both occasions the treatment time was much shorter than advertised. They take you into the room on time, then go out to allow you to change - they then take ages and ages to come back in. After she finished the treatment, she left again, and the time that she came back to check on me and show me out was exactly 50 minutes after scheduled time began . So all-in-all it was about a 40 minute massage. I had assumed they would schedule you 1 hour in the room to allow 5 minutes each end for change & chat and the full 50 minute treatment. I had the same experience previous time when the 25 minute treatment wasn't that long. So although it's a great spa with fabulous staff, would prefer more honesty on what you're paying for.

Lovely result my only issue was the young lady that removed my previous gel nails seemed inexperienced and was rather rough, hacking it off with the tool. But the lady why did the colour was great.
