The spa is very nice and big but it is quite cold and not as heated as other spa’s I have been too. The staff are fantastic and the facilities are really nice and big also.
Relaxing Massage
The staff were friendly, welcoming and professional. I was impressed by the facilities overall. I travel a lot and use spas globally so my expectations of U.K. spa locations is not usually high due to lack of cleanliness mainly. However, the facility seemed in good order however I would recommend a walk around/clean of all areas hourly to keep in line with global standards 😉 I will go again and have more treatments.
Relaxing Massage
Great treatment, but the spa areas were very small, including a very pokey relaxation room. It seemed other gym users were using the facilities too so didn't have a very relaxing feel with people coming down chatting to their gym buddies.

Very nice body scrub and massage at Gosling. The ambience and massage was so relaxful.
I give only 4 stars as it lasted 1h15 and not 1h30..
