Warm, welcoming and friendly staff. New selection of Shellac colours to choose from so I chose a completely different colour to what I would normally go for and was not disappointed. I was asked if I was happy with the colour and whether I wanted three coats to deepen the colour, I stuck with the two. Friendly conversation throughout, a very pleasant experience. My only criticism would be that I arrived for my 1.15 appointment on time but was shown to the relaxation room where tea, coffee, water, magazines are available before my treatment and after being there for 15 minutes, it was now nearly 1.30, I went back to the salon as I thought I’d been forgotten. They did apologise for the delay.

I didn't enjoy my back massage it did hurt the venue was clean and tidy, but myself and my friend were not offered or shown or if we were allowed to use the spa, wouldn't use it again
