The treatments and treatment rooms were lovely but the pool area and sauna etc needs some work, one part was cornered off being worked on by builders...the showers in the changing room were old and open to the users of the whole sports centre

Booked last minute and had a wonderful experience. The floor was a little dirty from treatment before as I got things stuck to my feet when changing. Therapist was lovely and professional and hot stone massage to die for. Did not see the other facilities but I understand they have sauna spa pool etc
