The Treatments were excellent and I would definitely book again!
The Spa itself was very quiet when I first arrived. It was a Sunday afternoon and they were short staffed so there wasn't anyone to show round the facilities. It appeared that the perfumed room was not working, but this could just be because I didn't know if I needed to do anything! The rest was positive

Disappointing to poor! There was no music in the treatment room, the floor was covered in micro beads presumably from a previous body scrub treatment, and water pooled at the bottom of the shower instead of draining away. The showers in the pool area were disgusting. There is no separate jacuzzi, and one of the steam rooms was out of order but we weren’t told. The smell of chlorine was so strong that my friend developed an allergic reaction and we had to leave early.

Really enjoyed my massage it was excellent. I left feeling so rejuvenated. The treatment rooms were clean and spacious. My therapist was polite and great at her job. I didn’t use the spa facilities but hope to do so next time. I needed to pay extra for this.
