Lovely venue and warm massage beds which I like. This was my second visit and my first was definitely much better when I had a well being massage. Massage was nice but not very "deep" I did ask for firmer pressure but still wasn't very firm. Also the time I booked on Treadwell was 10mins earlier than when I actually received my treatment which was a tad annoying and the lady seemed a little flustered. Still nice but much better previous time.

I was greeted by a lovely lady at reception. My beauty therapist came across as very confident and helpfull in answering a few questions I had.

Treatment itself was fine however want happy with spa afterwards.have been charged full price but out of 5 rooms only two worked (salt steam and sauna) and tropical shower was out of order too. Should not have charged full price
Therapeutic Massage
Friendly and polite staff at the reception who was happy to show us around the venue as it was out first time - we went on Saturday morning so was not crowded and felt very relaxed. Thermal pool was very hot so very happy with that steam room not as much steam but still hot. Finnish sauna room was very good. Shower and changing room could do with renovation- overall we would visit again
