Treatment itself was fine however want happy with spa afterwards.have been charged full price but out of 5 rooms only two worked (salt steam and sauna) and tropical shower was out of order too. Should not have charged full price
Therapeutic Massage
Friendly and polite staff at the reception who was happy to show us around the venue as it was out first time - we went on Saturday morning so was not crowded and felt very relaxed. Thermal pool was very hot so very happy with that steam room not as much steam but still hot. Finnish sauna room was very good. Shower and changing room could do with renovation- overall we would visit again
Steam and Sauna Therapy
One of the best bikini waxes that I’ve had. Very clean and a nice environment too. Wax was almost painless and looks great. Finally, the salon was convenient as they are open later and there is plenty of parking.
